Both events will be required to adhere to any federal, state or county health guidelines relating to COVID-19.

The City Commission approved a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) cooperation agreement between the City and Wayne County. The City of Plymouth is a sub-recipient of Wayne County for CDBG funds distributed by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

The City Commission also authorized City administration to file annual permits to perform maintenance operations within the right of ways of State of Michigan and Wayne County roadways that are located within the City. Ann Arbor Road is part of the State of Michigan system, while Sheldon Road, Plymouth Road and Mill Street are part of the Wayne County system.
