Plymouth Canton Steelers

The Plymouth-Canton Steelers Youth Football and Cheerleading program was established in 1977 and continues to offer a competitive arena to young football players and cheerleaders from the Plymouth-Canton area and surrounding cities. Our program is designed to prepare young athletes for the high school level by providing age appropriate training that will aid in the development of their football and cheerleading skills.

Our mission is to inspire and promote character, discipline, leadership, and teamwork in all our athletes so that they become outstanding citizens of the community.

Safety is our number one priority. Learn more about the state of Michigan's sports concussion legislation, requiring all coaches to complete a concussion awareness online training program. In addition, all Plymouth Canton Steelers athletes and their parents/guardians are required to read, sign and turn in a concussion education form (PDF) prior to participating. We also have an Athletic Trainer on staff at each game.
