The City of Plymouth offices remain open and ready to serve our residents. However, we recommend that if possible, residents use our online services or drop boxes to reduce the possibility of COVID-19 transmission.
Drop boxes are located at the front counter and inside the Church St. vestibule of Plymouth City Hall, and in the drive-through lane of the Plymouth District Library. If you need a payment receipt, please make a note on your envelope and we will either mail or email you a copy.
