Permanent Absent Voter APPLICATION List

  1. If you would like to be placed on our Permanent Absent Voter APPLICATION list, fill in the form below. By doing so, the Clerk’s Office will automatically mail you an application for an absent voter ballot prior to each election. State Law requires the application be completed and returned prior to a ballot being issued.
